Individual Performance Plan from £100

Setting out goals and expectations for the year/season and mapping out how, when and who will help you achieve the improvements necessary to achieve your performance goals. Normally a minimum of 1 hour and benefits from having your coach present. 

Event Performance Delivery Plan

Taking a close look at your event and working with you to develop optimal preparation, in event and post event routines ensuring you perform at your best and recover well.

Nutritional Guidance

If you are looking at dropping or gaining weight, we can take a look at your current habits and work with you to make the necessary adjustments in order to achieve your goal.

Training Programme Review £75

I will take an in depth look at your training history and current programme and progress. We will then offer guidance on next steps or future priorities

Performance Problem Solving

If performance has stagnated and just doesn't seem to be getting better, if you aren't able to perform on the day or need a specific performance problem looking into.
